Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Testing Analyst to join the Development Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and have hands-on experience with testing methodologies for both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Testing Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, user-friendly, and efficient solutions for the Enterprise Operations Management System.

Position Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine Testing Requirements

• Communicate with Development Team, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to create and refine comprehensive Test Plans

• Develop and execute Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Steps, Test Data

• Analyze Test Results to ensure system integrity and functionality

• Perform Functional and Product Evaluation according to parameters and specifications

• Document Test Execution Results, Errors, and Defects, ensuring proper reporting for each Testing Phase

• Identify and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with developers and other stakeholders

• Track testing progress, report metrics, and provide insights on the overall quality of the software

• Actively participate in validating deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring high-quality outcomes

• Contribute to the development of User Manuals and provide training on Technology Products for End Users as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Testing Analyst

• Must have at least 2 years General Work Experience

• Must have at least 2 years Work Experience in an Office Environment

• Must have at least 2 years of Testing Analyst Role Experience

• English Profiency: TOEIC 650 at a minimum level

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automated Testing Tools

• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues during testing

• Knowledge of Programming/Scripting Languages

• Expertise in Manual, Functional, Regression, Performance, and Usability Testing
