Lune Production JSC is a distinguished performing arts company, established in 2012 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. The company’s vision is to inspire Vietnamese culture to the world through art performances. Lune Production’s Vietnamese Bamboo Circus products, namely A O Show, My Village, and Teh Dar, have inspired and received much love and critical acclaim from both local and international audiences during recent years in Vietnam and on international tours.

We are looking for Front Office Staff candidates with proactive working attitude, an open mind, passion to work in art & culture industry and fluent English skills. Your key responsibitlies include:

❖ Ticket Box:

  • Introduce the Show and Sell tickets to Walk-in guests
  • Support other channels for Ticket Booking and Ticket Delivery
  • Manage/Support check-in counter for the Show Dates and control audiences situation inside the auditorium
  • Support activities related to the show at the Venue in the effort to maximize the happiness of customers and the branding of company’s products.

❖ OPD support on show dates: Be responsible for the operations during show time in the effort to ensure audiences to have good experience during the time at the venue on show dates while respecting theater and the show’s regulations:

  • Set-up before show – branding & cleanliness
  • Filter, assist audience to get line
  • Ticket control
  • Giving common instructions to audiences
  • Escort audiences to their seats (if any)
  • Control Theatre’s policy

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proficient English communication skills

  • Ability to work at weekends and public holidays

  • An open mind with a smile is a must.

  • Passion to work in art and culture industry is a big plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience on problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively within a team;
  • Ability to use computerized ticketing system;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Having good health and being able to work under the pressure;
  • Having friendly and professional attitude;
