Customer Success Specialist

Serve and support B2B clients (primarily in Europe and the U.S.) via email, phone, and CRM systems.
Oversee order fulfillment from production to delivery, coordinating across internal departments to ensure timely execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, handle arising issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Leverage modern tools such as Salesforce, Fireflies AI, Agentforce, and others to increase work efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, or Import-Export.
At least 1–2 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or B2B customer service (international clients preferred).
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) — you will interact with international customers daily.
High level of accountability and dedication; you follow through and deliver results.
Comfortable with technology and digital tools, eager to learn and adapt quickly.
Structured and logical thinking, with a knack for keeping operations smooth and efficient.
