Customer Success Specialist

Mô tả công việc

  • Serve and support B2B clients (primarily in Europe and the U.S.) via email, phone, and CRM systems.
  • Oversee order fulfillment from production to delivery, coordinating across internal departments to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, handle arising issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage modern tools such as Salesforce, Fireflies AI, Agentforce, and others to increase work efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, or Import-Export.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or B2B customer service (international clients preferred).
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) — you will interact with international customers daily.
  • High level of accountability and dedication; you follow through and deliver results.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools, eager to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Structured and logical thinking, with a knack for keeping operations smooth and efficient.
