1. SALES OPERATIONS
Receive Purchase order and follow delivery & payment process with customers.
Work closely with others team for stock allocation.
In charge of sales & daily stock reports.
2. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Collaborate with the Internal team to maximize sales revenue.
Plan and present reports on customer progress and goals.
Build & develop strong relationships with key customers.
Resolve all of customers issues and complaints.
Follow up to ensure all customer’s needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
1. Education background:
Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration
/Economics or related major.
2. Working experience:
No working experience is required.
Having experience in related position is an advantage.
1. Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and result oriented.
2. Others:
Willing to learn and willing to do.
