Support the Talent Acquisition team in daily recruitment activities
Post job vacancies on recruitment channels (Website, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements
Contact candidates and arrange interviews
Update and maintain candidate data on the recruitment system (ATS / Excel / Google Sheets)
Assist in interview coordination and entry tests (if any)
Support Employer Branding activities and recruitment events when required
Perform other tasks assigned by the TA Manager/Senior TA
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Good communication skills, proactive and responsible attitude
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good reading English skills (a plus)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
