The Business Development Representative Intern (BDR Intern) will support lead generation, customer qualification, and sales pipeline development efforts. You’ll play a vital role in helping the sales team reach new business customers across sectors like restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and culinary institutions. This internship is ideal for those interested in B2B sales, CRM systems (Salesforce), and market research in the food service industry.
- Research and identify potential business clients using online tools, directories, and CRM data.
- Support outbound prospecting campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn under supervision.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and schedule appointments with the sales team.
- Help maintain and update lead records, notes, and contact information in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align lead generation with campaign efforts.
- Assist in preparing presentations, product catalogs, and follow-up emails for potential customers.
- Track key metrics such as contact rates, appointments set, and conversion rates for weekly reporting.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service roles (even part-time or freelance).
- Interest in sales, customer relationships, and the culinary/hospitality market.
- Comfortable with calling and communicating with prospects professionally.
- Tech-savvy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and capable of learning CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Active in student organizations or extracurricular business projects.
- Fluency in Vietnamese. English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow within a structured sales organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and relationship-building skills.
Gross income:
- Base Salary: 3.500.000 VND
- Meal Allowance: 30.000 VND / per day (Applied for fulltime working day)
- Deducting 10% PIT from Gross income based on Vietnamese law regulations.
