About the Role

We are looking for 3rd or 4th year university students majoring in English or related fields to support upcoming international career-oriented events and assist in presenting our programs to international students. This flexible, hourly-paid freelance opportunity offers hands-on experience in event coordination, cross-cultural communication, and student outreach. You’ll gain exposure to international work environments while building professional skills.

• Assist in coordinating onsite events involving Vietnamese and English-speaking participants.

• Support communication between instructors and students during workshops and interactive sessions.

• Provide informal English support (no formal interpreting experience required).

• Participate in consultation sessions to introduce JM’s career simulation programs to prospective international students.

• Support enrollment communications and program-related follow-up.

• 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in English, English Education, or related fields.

• Strong spoken and written English; confident in speaking with international audiences.

• Interest in youth education, career orientation, and cross-cultural events.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible team player.

• Willing to support onsite activity engagements as needed.

• Freelance, hourly-based engagement.

• Flexible schedule depending on project needs.

• Compensation Structure:

• Event support & communication assistance: VND200,000/hour (based on role and task)

• Program promotion/sales support: Base pay + success bonus per student enrollment (to be discussed in interview)
