·       Dealing with customers, designing the tour programs and calculating quotation

·       Contacting, dealing with suppliers and Booking for the whole tour process, checking regularly (hotels, restaurants, resorts, transports, …)

·       Follow and Ensure the process of tour, solve problems timely. Evaluate customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms

·       Plan and advertising various kinds of promotions

·       Provide general and specific advice about different travel destinations

·       Join sales activities to find and expand potential customers

1.     Hours & Availability: Full Time (8AM – 5:30PM Monday to Friday and every other Saturdays)

2.     Working Address: 40 Thiên Phước street, ward 9, Tân Bình district, Ho Chi Minh city

-       High proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Ielts 6.5+ or equivalent

-       Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Economics or English Studies

-       Good knowledge of tourism products, prices and service quality, Inbound and Outbound market.

-       Having good relationship & understanding about suppliers. Good business/ Marketing mindset

-       Experience: at least 1 year at the position of Outbound Tour operator

-       Be proactive, diligent, creative, careful, responsible

-       Positive attitude and multi-task ability

-       Work independently or under pressure well

-       Strong communication and problem-solving skills
