Sales Executive

Nhân viên phát triển thị trường (KDTM)

Mô tả công việc

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social selling, to engage potential clients and generate interest in our services.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to initiate meaningful conversations and build relationships.
• Qualify leads and assess their potential fit with our services through effective questioning and discovery techniques.
• Advise, overcome rejections, maximize close rates with potential clients through all platforms possible including email, video call, coffee meets, Botchat, Linkedin, interacting on social medias, joining legal & related businesses forums,etc..
• Stay up to date with industry trends and our company's offerings to effectively articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales development efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
• Continuously learn and enhance product knowledge to effectively address prospect inquiries and objections.
• Meet or exceed KPI, assigned targets for lead generation and qualification.

Yêu cầu công việc

Working hours: 8AM- 5:30PM Monday to Friday & every other Saturdays. Can work overtime and sometimes night shifts as the customers are foreigners

Address: 40 Thiên Phước, ward 9, Tân Bình district, Ho Chi Minh City.

Kỹ năng và khả năng

• English: Proficient 4 skills. Ielts 6.5+ or equivalent

Previous experience in a sales or sales development role, preferably within the offshore advisory or financial services industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Well verse in Linkedin & social medias usage for potential leads and customer connections 
• Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and manual sales tools to manage prospecting activities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Knowledge of the offshore advisory services industry or a keen interest in learning about it is a plus.
