Reception Area:
Daily check of the reception area to ensure cleanliness, equipment, and contractor staff.
Keep the service counter clean and take care of the plants.
Prepare customer support forms.
Customer Support:
Record information, notify the department head, and forward to relevant departments.
Provide project information when required.
Be familiar with building regulations, service procedures, and proficient in using the Property Cube application.
Reporting:
Prepare reports as directed.
Immediately report any unusual incidents or fire risks.
Other Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Coordinate with other departments in daily operations.
Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
