Art Project Executive Intern Job Description
Position: Art Project Executive Intern – AGAD
Location: AGAD Co. Ltd – 131 Duong Van An Street, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Working type: Full-time, on-site at the company office.
Internship duration: Minimum 03 months, maximum 06 months, including a 01-week probation period.
Starting time: Priority given to candidates who can start as soon as possible.
As an Art Project Executive Intern, you will be trained to become a Project Executive and subsequently a Project Manager, while participating in both internal art projects and client projects of AGAD
· Project Secretary:
Take meeting minutes, manage meeting schedules, prepare documents, and support the organization of internal meetings according to the agreed schedule.
· Project Operations Support:
Track progress, follow up on tasks, consolidate reports, and ensure that all tasks within the project timeline are executed on schedule.
· Team Coordination & Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between specialized teams (communications, post-production, event organization, design, etc.), ensuring effective information flow and timely updates.
· Communication Management Support:
Coordinate with the communications team to develop content, monitor posting schedules, conduct basic editing, and verify information across channels (social media, website, email, etc.).
· Partner & Sponsor Management Support:
Record partner requirements, arrange meetings, assist in drafting proposals, consolidate data, and maintain professional communication with partners and sponsors.
· Event Organization:
Support the organization of activities such as photo selection sessions, art talks, workshops, exhibitions, etc., from logistics planning to on-site coordination.
· Data Consolidation & Analysis:
Assist in tracking project performance indicators, compiling community feedback, and proposing improvements.
Careful, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to work overtime when required (advance notice will be provided).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, ability to multitask, and capacity to work in a high-pressure environment.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and handle situations flexibly.
Good English proficiency.
A strong interest in art, a learning-oriented mindset, ambition, and commitment to long-term development.
Clear career orientation toward art management.
Experience in project coordination or project management support, especially in creative, artistic, educational, or non-profit fields, is an advantage
