About the Role
We are seeking creative and curious interns from diverse industry backgrounds—such as
electronics, computer technology, and automotive design—to join our innovation team. This
role focuses on researching cutting-edge components and design concepts from other
industries and adapting them for furniture applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, materials, and mechanisms from various
industries.
• Compile findings into visual idea boards using Miro for collaborative review.
• Develop concept sketches and 3D renderings using tools like Blender, SolidWorks, or
Fusion 360.
• Present concepts to the Innovation Committee for evaluation and selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Engineering, Procurement)
to assess feasibility and cost implications.

• Background in Industrial Design, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automotive Design, or
related fields.
• Familiarity with CAD/3D modeling software and rendering tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and communicate ideas effectively.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Miro or similar collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Interest in cross-industry innovation and trend analysis.
