DAILY TASKS:
- Important: Research the market & connect with potential B2B Partnership to achieve related KPI.
- Important: Research & master the available products to achieve related KPI.
- Important: Contact related partners for Agent rate update within the company's strategy by using emails or phone. Important: Work closely with related partners for free sales - stop sales/close sales update.
- Important: Input stop sales/ close sales data into the Cognito System under company’s policy within a certain deadline.
- Important: Make weekly and monthly reports to the Senior Admin or Sales & Business Development Director.
- Work closely with the Reservations to handle and make respective bookings on the Cognito System.
- Work closely with the Reservations to edit and make adjustments of respective booking on Cognito System based on workflow.
- Work closely with the Reservations to communicate with respective suppliers for room price, confirmation, problem solving …
- Work closely with the Accounting Team for clients invoices. - Work closely with the Sales & Customer Service to request rates from related partners.
- Work closely with the Sales & Customer Service and Reservations to edit and make adjustments of respective hotel entries on the Cognito System based on workflow.
- Report to Senior Admin or Sales & Business Development Director (Global) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Be able to commit time and effort during office hours 09h00 to 18h00 with a 01 hour lunch break from Monday to Friday and 08h00 to 12h00 on Saturday according to Vietnam law.
- Flexibility time and location of work connecting to the Cognito System out of office time.
- Internship 02 months with proven performance to be able to extend to probation.
- Last year or graduated from vocational school or university with related majors (Tourism, Hospitality, Business English …).
- Experienced in office software (Word, Excel …)
- Good teamwork spirit. - Independent in working schedule.
- Access to the internet frequently to handle daily tasks by personal computer or personal phone.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Humble and honest during work.
- Respect for the workflow and relevant policies.
- Be able to handle unexpected situations during workflow.
GENERAL BENEFIT DETAILS:
- Extra incentive/ commission for any extra sales/ booking generated during work outside Intern’s work (up to 35% of profit).
- Lunch allowance according to law during internship (available for On Site only).
- Possibility to extend contract to Probation (02 months) followed by a full time contract with proven performance, available only for graduated candidates.
