Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Manage in-bound and out-bound phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).  
  • Manage company daily meals.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary. Update the list of recommended office suppliers once a year. 
  • Prepare and manage office-related suppliers’ contracts, invoices, and payments. 
  • Work with the Head of People and Administration to produce, update office policies, and prepare office budgeting. 
  • Manage logistics arrangements for meetings, and business trips, including translation when required. 
  • Organize company’s social events and activities.
  • Manage cleaning vendor.
  • Support visa for expats.

Requirements

  • A love for providing administrative and service excellence
  • Be a resourceful problem solver, organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail
  • 1-2 years of work experience as an office administrator.
  • Fluent in English in all four skills, especially reading and writing skills.
