Job content:

• Calculate and design engineering solutions aligned with project requirements, encompassing both local and international projects.
• Allocate tasks to team members and oversee project progress under the guidance of the Leaders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and prepare detailed reports.
• Adhere to company design processes and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Minimize client complaints through effective problem-solving and communication.

• Bachelor's Degree in M&E.
• Proven experience in an engineering consulting firm.
• Building or construction design experience (advantageous).
• Ability to use English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiar in using softwares such as MS Office, CAD, Revit.
