Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.
Morning shift: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Evening shift: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Your Role as Digital Technical Intern:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute web management, publishing, updating, and localizing web content and supporting a wide range of content management systems (CMS).
Create landing pages and do web product management based on client requests.
Create automation emails on Account Management platform including setting up, testing and deploying.
Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
Ensure that deadlines are followed.
Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.
Report directly to the Senior Digital Technical Specialist who is your trainer.
Training period:
You as a person:
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
Being able to commit to at least a 6-month internship.
Having hands-on background in digital aspects, with a focus on web development and digital platforms.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese.
A team player, and an independent worker.
Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
